What are Dog-Eared pages?
   - When you "Dog-Ear" a page you save it in the "Dog-Eared" section so that you can come back to it later.

When I'm looking at the e-book pages, what does "submit" mean?
   - Use the drop-down window to find the page you wish to view. Then hit "submit" to take you there.

Why did my course log out?
   - The course is set to automatically log out after 20 minutes if no activity (inputting text, clicking buttons, advancing to the next screen) occurs.

Why does the course layout look funny on my screen?
   - The course is set up for Internet Explorer, to get the latest version of IE go
to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

Why did my entries not get saved?
   - After completing all the entries on a page, you need to click on the "save these entries" button.

Will I lose my place in the course if I log out?
   - No, the database saves your last page and when you log in again, it will take you to that page.

Why can't I see the entire slide on my screen without having to scroll?
   - This course is set up in 1024 X 768 resolution. You can adjust the resolution on your
monitor to see more of the course at a time. Right click on your desktop and go to
properties. Click on the settings tab and you will see a “screen resolution” bar. If
your screen says 800X 600, move the bar until it says 1024 X 768.
